Ordered a gerson mask on 20/04/2020 and cost was less than £30. 15 days later and item has not arrived and a call to the team promised me it had been sent and they have provided a tracking number. The problem is this tracking number does not match my address so either they have sent my order to the wrong place OR they have given me a tracking number for someones elses order. The same mask is now £43.99 on their website - profiteering if ever i saw it.

Bought paint almost 2 weeks ago. Put a claim in with ebay and they added a tracking number 3 days ago which has not even been scanned in. Give wrong dispatch times and delivery and do not answer messages. I no longer need this and lost a job because of it. Avoid if you want to wait a life time. Dont have much hope of it turning up soon

Excellent! We've ordered from Nuagane paint three times to fully respray our cars and each time the paint has gone on brilliant and the colours are lovely!
Our most recent purchase was a custom colour, and the gent who we spoke to did everything to mix the colour we wanted. Just awaiting its arrival and can't wait to get the car painted. The only place we'll order paint for the cars now, highly recommend.

Ordered 3 different colors of cellulose paint with color codes at week end,
Post office red, Jade green & Burgundy, Parcel arrived Tuesday lunch time, Checked all 3 colors, Superb, Absolutely faultless service can not recommend Nu Agane enough, Big thank you to Ade and staff who dealt with my order quickly, Will not be using my existing paint supplier for my vintage phone repaints. 1ltr of base coat was costing me £57. 1ltr from Nu Agane £17.49 inc postage No brainer, Look forward to many years of dealing with Ade and his team. Outstanding service.

I bought an aerosol of Orient Red metallic paint and an aerosol of clear lacquer to spray the front panel of my Mitsubishi Lancer and although it's been many years since I have sprayed a car the results are outstanding. Much better in fact than the back bumper which was previously sprayed by a professional spray shop.

Phoned ahead, explaining I would possibly get there close to closing time, just to make sure all was well. Explained my situation, and they were extremely helpful. Gave me some good advice, mixed me up some custom colour, and I picked up some generic paint whilst there for other work.
