Stabilized construction access is a defined entrance/ exit to a construction site that is put in place to reduce the tracking of sediment (dirt and mud) onto public roads by the tires of construction vehicles. Rumble plates are an effective method to reduce tracking of sediment coming out of the construction site, and Extreme Hardfacing & Welding specializes in manufacturing these rumble plates.
Our most recent project has been designing and fabricating a full repower kit and wear parts for a 657E scraper from CAT. We have the designs for the hood, DEF tank enclosures, CEM enclosure and frame, cooler brackets, air cleaner bracket, oil and filter brackets, the whole repower fabrication assembly!
