Justin Meyer, Dock & Lift Manager, is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. We purchased a new Porta Dock which was installed by Justin and Kyle with exemplary attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Their knowledge, workmanship, and diligence was outstanding. A few days later I ordered bumpers. Justin took time on his day off to deliver and install them, and he waived the delivery/installation fees. Grand Rapids Marine is wonderful to do business with and we look forward to future transactions.

This week we rented two pontoon boats from Grand Rapids Marine for our vacation in Northern Minnesota. Beth, who handles rentals, was a pleasure to work with. Her communications were fantastic and was available for any questions we had. The boats looked brand new, and they really made our time on the lake extra special. Glen, who delivered the boats, was punctual and incredibly gracious. We couldn't ask for a better experience with a boat rental company. I would start with GRM first if looking to rent boats in the area! Thanks Beth!

For the past few years we have had the pleasure of renting pontoons from Grand Rapids Marine. We are from California and love to cruise the beautiful Minnesota lakes for our summer vacation. Beth and the folks at Grand Rapids Marine are professional and courteous . Doing business out of state can be difficult at times but Beth guided us through effortlessly. If you need service for your boat, Grand Rapids Marine is the place to go! Luke in service is always outstanding to deal with. We’ve needed an occasional parts run - we can always count on them to get us what we need to stay on the water. Honest, trustworthy and the place I trust my I/O to every Fall to winterize. Part of boat ownership is learning a few things along the way, and one of those things is to find someone you trust when you can’t or shouldn’t do it alone!

Brought in to fix motor. Chipped front top of boat. Also gauged front bottom of boat. Speedometer no longer works. Motor wasn’t even fixed. Also tore my boat cover. Haven’t had a rip in the cover or chip on the boat for 18 years. Very poor service, did not own up to mistakes. Highly do not recommend.

Mike and his staff at GRM are top notch! They made the process of upgrading my boat very easy and with no sweat. From the trade in process to helping get a better rate on my loan and helping with all the small things, like boat numbers, license plate, cover, and anything else you can think of they took care of my family!
