I have been calling Jose to vet and obtain more information on the property I am interested in purchasing. I have called several companies and he is the only one returned my call. That tells me that’s the company I would like to work with. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and Moerke & Sons is the way to go!

My well seemed to be running low on water so I called to see about fixing the problem. The pump was was starting and stopping just fine but the supply was low. Their guy came out and replaced the starter box and put new fittings and gauge on the starter switch, then recommended I put a new pressure tank in. I was charged $395 to change everything but the problem.

Didnt bother to send me the quote they said they would. Really bad attitude, like they just didn't have time to bother with me. I made several attempts to get information but their estimator was a joke. They have so much business they don't want to bother with questions. Give them a blank check and maybe they will put you on their list that is already booked out 5 or 6 months. MAYBE.

We had an old electrical line in our pasture for our pump house that was poorly spliced by the previous owners. We called Moerke and sons to come out and give us an estimate for the repair. It was one of three companies that we had reached out to for an estimate.
After them showing up and spending a few minutes on site we realized pretty quickly that they didn’t want to do the work. So we parted ways without much fanfare. Then, we got a bill from them for coming out. We were never told that estimates cost money or we would not have scheduled it. We specifically asked if estimates we’re free

My well quit working on a Saturday afternoon so I called the company that had their name and number on my control panel... I got a automated answer with a phone number for 24-7 emergency to call for help so I called and left my number at around 4pm at 8pm no word so called again and left another message and by 8am Sunday still no answer keep in mind I’m 72 years old with a wife and grandson living here and we can’t even flush the toilet so I left another message after waiting until noon I called another company and within 4 hours they showed up and repaired my problem now it’s Monday morning
