I had a previous experience shipping my tractor with Ray from United States of Freight. I thought at the time, because it went so well, that I was sorry I wouldn't be using them again. I was wrong. I had hired a moving company to move my piano, that I have had for 60 years. They kept giving us the "not today maybe next week" shuffle. We had sold our house. Needed to be out. I contacted Ray. Ray worked all day that next day, hired a crew to take the piano to the truck, shipped the piano, and within 2 days from when I contacted him it was on the way. I cannot thank Ray enough for all of his help

Moved my Kubota backhoe from CA to WA. Joe was fantastic at communication and ensured that everything went exactly to plan. Even when there were challenges on my end with schedule and equipment loading, Joe didn't miss a beat. I worked with United States of Freight to have my dad's old semi brought down to me in Miami. They had it picked up within 3 days, and kept in contact with me the whole way. Awesome service/very professional with reasonable shipping costs, and would definitely use them again for anything else I need in the future.

Called us today and offered us some of the cheapest rates we've ever been offered as a carrier. The guy didn't know it takes a 6 axle to move 63,500lbs in NC. They're just another broker that doesn't have a clue what it takes to actually move a load. When will these folks understand that you get what you pay for. If you want it done right, call a trucking company. If you want it done by a guy behind a telephone that started last week, call a broker.
