While the quote was about $115 less than our final payment, the movers were not professional or trained. We have several pieces of damaged furniture, scratched flat screen, items broken and a lot of damaged walls. The moves did not cover anything put in the truck or pads between furniture. I am still waiting on a return call after several messages. These movers do not live up to anything they advertise. Do not use them.

We recently moved to Birmingham and used Road Runner and we had a great experience. We used their climate controlled storage facility for a few months and then they moved us into our new home. On time, professional, and communicated with my husband and I throughout the entire move process. I can’t speak for other reviews I’ve read on here but our experience with Road Runner was amazing.
