Horrible experience!! At first, all was well. I asked for a custom step hand rail. He came to my home, took measurements, agree on price and design. Took them only a week to built it. Came to install, did so but I noticed the bottom of the rail was not straight, and the end piece would point upward. Aside from that, the paint was horrible as well as the metal finish. Where the end of the rail pointed up, two of the blusters were shorter than the rest. Spoke to Tony, he wanted to give me a $50 discount to forget about it but I declined. Excellent work done in the time frame promised, at a fair price. The result is practical, sturdy and beautiful. What more could you ask? Great customer service, that's what. In September 2018 I spoke with Tony when I called for information and he was very helpful in discussing our project. This was followed by a visit from Sal to measure and to discuss the project further with us; in a follow-up phone call from Tony we received the estimate for the work and decided to go ahead.
