OGIA was established in 1979 as The Oil & Gas Insurance Agency in Columbus, Ohio. The agency was created solely to provide insurance and bonding for the Independent Oil & Gas Industry. Originally operating only in Ohio and its surrounding states, the firm now maintains licenses in a number of other oil and gas producing states throughout the country as well.
We work closely with Risk Control Engineers to identify the specific risks that could affect businesses in this area. Our decades of experience in the oil and gas industry has prepared us to offer you solutions to reduce or remove the exposures facing your business through the use of specialized insurance products.
