EOC Environmental was started in 2018 with the primary goal of providing sound environmental solutions to projects large and small to a variety of clients throughout New England. Joe Molloy has a diversified educational and professional background. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Meteorology, and a Masters in Environmental Science and Policy.
EOC Environmental works with residential and commercial property owners to assess and inspect for mold and other microbial growth. Mold is a naturally occurring fungus but when under the right conditions can grow and have effects on human health and building structures. Mold needs moisture and food source to survive and spread, a moisture problem left unresolved can lead to serious health and building structural problems.

This naturally occurring fungus, or mold is around us, inside our homes and offices and outside in the air we breathe. We are exposed to "good" types of mold as well as "bad" types of mold.
EOC Environmental works with residential and commercial property owners to assess and inspect for the presence of Asbestos. Prior to renovation or demolition it is necessary to sample and test any suspect materials for the presence of Asbestos. Our staff is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services to complete Asbestos Inspections.
