Services
The Maedke Chiropractic Center had been an anchor in the Riverwest community since 1983, providing both chiropractic care, as well as other integrated health services. In 2006, the Maedke Chiropractic Center opened a second clinic, located in Bay View. Maedke Chiropractic is now only in the Bay View location.
To help maintain your health, lab testing can be ordered during your exam. The Maedke Chiropractic Center utilizes state-of-the-art laboratories in the Milwaukee area to offer a full range of lab tests. In addition, providing copies of any past lab reports during your exam may be helpful in determining a diagnosis or evaluating treatment options.
Considered one of the most accurate methods available to gauge overall fitness, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), measures body composition by sending a safe, low electrical current through the body. The current easily moves through fluids contained in muscle tissue, but encounters resistance (is impeded) when moving through fat tissue.

I started seeing Ann Maedke when I was about 20 weeks pregnant with my first. She is absolutely amazing!!!! If you are pregnant and looking for a chiropractor I promise you that Ann is the chiropractor for you! We found her from my midwife at the time and also my mother in law suggested her. It turns out she helped my husband with his ear infections when he was 3 years old (now he’s 25 years old). So she’s been practicing for a while and her experience and knowledge definitely helps her to be the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen!

I saw Dr. Ann while I was pregnant at the recommendation of my Doula. Her staff is super friendly. They go out of their way to find appointment times and work especially well with expectant mothers and babies. Dr. Ann is personable and walks you through your car. Great for someone who's never had chiropractic care before. She takes a number of different insurance plans or they do payment plans for those who self pay. I also love that I see one of the administrative ladies out and about in the neighborhood while walking my daughter, she always recognizes me and says, "Hello". Which

I had never been to a Chiropracter but over the last month I had developed neck pain that just wouldn't go away. My daughter regularly sees a Chiropracter in another city and strongly suggested I go. I had heard many good things from the neighborhood about Anne Maedke's practice so seemed like the perfect time to try it.
I was greatly impressed with the degree of personal attention I was given. I was fully evaluated and seemed that my problem was not my neck but an old rotator cuff injury that did not adequately been corrected.

When it comes to chiropractic work I am extremely paranoid. How could I not be, this is my spine we're talking about. Think about it, someone is twisting, cracking, and pulling on my neck and back, it's just not something to take lightly.
I've now lived in California for eight years and I STILL haven't found a chiropractor I trust. That's eight years, zero California chiro appointments. So what do I do, for my aches and pains? I make sure I stop by Dr. Anne Maedke EVERY time I come back to Milwaukee to visit, that's what I do.
