I was in the process of refinancing my house, when it became apparent that I was grossly underinsured-no personal coverage and almost 1,000 sq ft. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for a car/house bundle estimate. I called to check on it and was told by the owner she’d take care off it and get back to me that evening which was over a week ago. I called again and of course she didn’t take my call or offer to call back but said she’d send me an email. Very disappointing.
