Building your custom home is often the result of a lifetime of planning, dreaming and saving.
We'll conduct an initial meeting to discuss your new dream home and lay out all the steps going forward. You'll select one of our floor plans- or provide your own - and select a home site, if necessary. You'll finalize the selections for your new home, which we'll outline in detail. Once the loan closes and the permits are issued, we'll begin construction.

Brett Lott Homes has built a new custom home for us and we are very pleased. All his staff, and particularly Regina and Clint, took the time to address questions and concerns in a very professional manner, making us feel we were the only ones they were working with. They kept us informed every step of the home completion. The home built is beautiful and met all are expectations. They are easy to work with a deliver a superior home compared to other local contractor. We would build with them again, and recommend Brett Lott Homes as a exceptional builder. Brett Lott Homes built our house. Although we started from one of their pre-designed floor plans, we made numerous modifications to the plan and ultimately ended up with a complete custom house. Frankly, it is one of the best built homes we've ever lived in - and we've lived in a lot of different homes.
Brett worked directly with us throughout the process, patiently helping us determine the best plan for the home and educating us about important aspects. He was always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! The sub-contractors that he chooses to work with are all like him in that regard
