I was sent home because I didn't physically have my I'd card but I did have my I'd # and group # and the front receptionist refused to let me be seen because I didn't have my I'd card in hand, she had me call my insurance to have them email a copy of it to her which I didn't bring the number with me so I had to search it up online and be transferred to all different numbers and then when I asked the receptionist for the email she then told me it's past my appointment time that I need to leave and call to reschedule, other then this I'm not sure if it's a good place or not because I was turned away
