I’m mad at myself that I didn’t come to Alta Mere in the first place. I took bad advice and got a second hand tint job in South Dallas. Came here and Dan worked with me explaining everything so I could decide what worked best for me and so that I could get my tint done right. Save your money and do it right the first time by actually getting what you paid for. By coming to Alta Mere you get that. They back up their work and they take the time to take care of their customers.

Third vehicle I have had tinted through these jokers but I will not be using them again. I came back in the afternoon after dropping my car off in the morning to find my front bumper scratched and polishing compound all around the damage. Dan claimed the car was like that when I brought it in, but I foolishly didn’t do a walk around with them when I dropped it off. Not what I expect from a shop that over charges for its work as it is. I have told all of my clients to avoid this shop and I hope others do the same. If you do decide to use this shop be forewarned and do a walk around before leaving

Nice staff, but I came in looking for a solution and Alta Mere failed to deliver. They told me my speaker was the issue, when it was actually the amp. They could have tested all components before suggesting I buy a new sub. And they charged me for the incorrect diagnosis. They did not handle the initial install, granted, but they gave me my car back without the system working properly.

I spent about 6 months researching how I wanted my 81 CJ8-Scrambler set up with tunes. I purchased the console and head unit on my own. I went to Earmark....way overpriced and not concerned with new business. I called around a lot of places and finally remembered Alta Mere, where I had many vehicles tinted before. I'm SO GLAD I went back to get my stereo installed there. Dan is awesome, totally helped me figure out the best install. Everything is hidden like I wanted and the system sounds great. Pricing was extremely fair. I will be back for sure. A+++ for awesome service.

My BMW was broken into and I needed one window tinted to match the existing tint. Alta Mere had a light meter to be sure the same shade of tint was used rather than just guessing. I was able to walk in and have everything completed within an hour. The finished product looked great and I could see them inspecting the tint multiple times making sure everything was cleaned up before handing me the keys. I would definitely return and will be sending friends/family their way.
