Great selection and great staff. My mom says they are the only flower shop to call in Portsmouth / Wheelersburg area. They deliver all the way out out McDermott and do a great job. When I am ordering from out of town I try to stay away from 1-800-Flowers (they have never done a good job for me, and I never know what I am getting). Its great to talk to a friendly person on the phone and I know I am going to get exactly what I asked for. Thank you for always helping us when we need flowers!

Not happy at all. I ordered a fairly expensive bouquet to be delivered to my wifes work by 2pm and they didnt make it. They asked for the home address to send them here, which is pointless now because the whole idea was for her to get them at work to brighten her day. When they still hadn't shown up at home i called and said we were leaving for dinner and rather than offering my money back or a coupon or anything they just said theyll leave them on the porch. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible first experience ordered flowers for girlfriend for valentines day .was supposed to be delivered at her work before 11:30 .guess what? didnt show up then i told them that she is already home .so i gave them that address so they said they would deliver them there to her. i get off work and guess what still no flowers i call them and their like the truck is still out ,and they will be there .i told her i didnt want to sit around all day on valentines day .waiting on flowers that should have been there this morning . My grandmother passed away and we had her service done 3/31/18...My family had not given much mind to a casket spray, and here we were last minite 3/30/18. Colonial Florists became my hero. They listened to my plea with kind ears, understood how much the occassion meant to me, and created the most beautiful arrangement of roses for my grandmother Fern. It brought tears to the eyes of everyone there. I am eternally grateful. Colonial will always have my business when I'm in town, and my recommendation even when not. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I ordered flowers from here once to have them delivered to my girlfriend on Christmas. the flowers were very nice but they delivered them 2 weeks before Christmas instead of waiting. I also ordered flowers to be sent on Valentines day, they arrived on the correct day but this time they forgot to bring my chocolates that i paid for. I paid $70 and received a flower arrangement that looked like you could get it from. If i were you, i would take your money elsewhere.
