Services
Once you have checked out, a Vixster team member will reach out via email with your pickup day and the date your pickups will start!. We ask that our customers not have more than 10 kitchen size (13-15 gallon) bags per pickup or 3 (50 gallon) bags per pickup. Our team is instructed to not pick up more than the volume of waste mentioned above.

Update:. They have DOUBLED the price of our service in 5 years.
I am so happy to have this service! Before Vixter I was hauling trash in my brand new hatchback. Needless to say, after a year it had destroyed my car. Then I saw the signs and was so happy to have this service available since we are just outside of town limits for pickup. The price is affordable and the staff are quick to resolve any issues. I have recommended this service to many friends!

I used this service for a good while, Missed a few pick ups but nothing terrible. In October they asked to rate them on here and we would receive a free month of service. On Nov, they missed two pick ups but after I posted the review they stated they would give me the month of Dec free for participation. In December my trash was not picked up at ALL! Not once. In January they had the nerve to charge me the 61.00 $ while the 5 (all they will allow) bags of garbage from the prior month was still sitting there. I reached out and asked for a refund seeing they had not honored the reward they promised

Have been waiting for over a month for someone to pick up the trash as agreed. Had service for about a year and had no issues. Until about 3 weeks before Christmas.
Pickup just stopped happening with no notification from anyone. Called in to get the situation resolved.. was told everything was good and someone would be here to get the trash within a day or 2. They showed up... finally. Thought we had this fixed.
Nope. Next week they’re a no show. Call again, was told there was a mixup, we will be there within a couple days. A week goes by... still no pickup.

I watched as one of their trailers turned around in my driveway. Later, I discovered it had crushed my security sign.
I called and was told they would "put it before the committee." That was a month ago and I haven't heard a word from them. I don't even use the company and don't know why they were in my yard. But their non-response to an aggrieved individual says a lot about what kind of company they are.

Vixster knows that they mostly operate in communities with few other options for trash removal, so they can do a bad job and still get business. We've had a couple of incidents where they were late getting our trash, and recently they decided to only do recycling pick up once a month but still charge the same rate. These things were annoying, but we kept the service.

I've been using Vixster for a couple months now. They have been doing a fantastic job with trash and recycling pickup! Someone shows up every Wednesday, just as they're suppose to to and removes our bags. We have attempted to use another trash pickup service first, however, they were super unaccommodating and missed pickups immediately. Being a mountain dweller, we need some specialized services and Vixster delivers!

I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Vixster! They are easy to contact and get back to me within 24 hours or less when I send them an email. The person who picks up our trash is professional and surprised us when we forgot to bring the trash bags to the end of the driveway by emptying the cans (granted, it is literally only a few feet from the curb, but still an amazing surprise when he did it).

I have been using Vixster for trash removal services at my remote Airbnb for several years now and it has simplified the trash collection process for my renters. I have never had any issues with service and they come all the way up my several hundred yard long driveway to empty the cans at the house.

Vixster is a company that I wish we'd found a long time ago! My previous two trash companies were terrible. The first would only take three bags a week, so trash piled up in the garage. The second company wouldn't even show up to collect trash regularly, so I'd have to call them and complain every week. Vixster is easy and consistent. I love that they will take the trash out of the garage on rainy days, and their ten bags a week is more than enough for our household needs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

While this business advertises that they will take care of your trash and recycling (a service we already have in our community), they trash up our roads with their cheap signs. On my way to the grocery store this morning, I counted nearly two dozen of their cheap signs trashing up our roads. They need to use a different means of advertising that doesn't trash our communities.

They gave a quote for removal of debris from house I was selling. Quote was between $500 to $900. They came 2 days late, worked 2 hours, took some of the stuff, left and never came back. Found out through my realtor that their truck broke down. They never bothered to let me know, never showed back up then charged my credit card $463. Never sent an invoice explaining charges. Called to complain..they blamed it on covid and lack of staffing. Guy said owner would call me back..still waiting on that call.. disputed part of the charge since they did do some work..

I spent quite a long time speaking to them about the requirements of their service policy. I was told to separate the recycle into clear bags and the trash in white bags. So, I did! I even put the recycle in separate bins, paper, plastic and cans...etc. Took me 2.5 hours. The driver, a young kid shows up, picks up the trash and leaves the recycle. Now I have to go do what they were hired to do. Fired them first day! Cancelled and will never look back. I think they need my education and training?

From my perspective I would strongly recommend going with a different company. Vixster has a strict policy of only taking trash that is in a bag. If you put a loose pizza box, a wine bottle, or a plastic container in the can they will not take it. This is a particularly difficult policy to enforce if you rent out your property. They do not use a traditional garbage truck. It is someone with a pick up, they grab the bags out of the can, and put it in the bed of their truck. So, I understand why they have this policy, but it just does not work for us. We signed up in March and have had multiple
