Jessica is a native of Amarillo, Texas who moved to Kansas in 1986. She has been in the Hutchinson area since 2007. Jessica earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Pratt Community College Nursing School in 1997. Jessica enjoys using her 24 years of experience as a registered nurse to help everyone at Bretz Injury Law better understand the medical issues and needs facing our clients.
Casey is a Hutchinson native and graduated from HCC with a degree in Visual Communications. After receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas, he moved to New Jersey and subsequently Colorado whilst working for Apple for 10 years. Casey has law in his blood as his mother was a certified paralegal for over 30 years.
Rachel is married to her wonderful husband and has two amazing kids, Katie who is 19 and Zack who is 13. They love traveling and exploring new places as a family. She is a huge Star Wars nerd and loves true crime podcasts, documentaries and books. Rachel loves to read and thinks Jane Austen is one of the greatest authors of all time.

Mr. Bretz handled a case for us during a very stressful time. They took the worry out of the picture and his paralegal made me feel like I was the only client she had.
