A cut above the rest. Stellite parts manufacturing is a specialty of ours, and the quality of our product is second-to-none. We know that the tolerance for many of today's critical components is very tight, and our processes ensure that our parts are conforming on the production line and not just when they leave.

Our company is unique since we not only manufacture but can design, fabricate, CNC machine and test all in-house. Configuring your parts to optimize their manufacturability and insure their best service life with use of hardface alloys is critical. We can assist your staff or supply engineering services to insure that your product is manufactured correctly when using Stellite or other overlay surfacing.
Services
Since we first opened our doors for business in 1983, Moody Corporation has constantly found ways to improve our customers products that we manufacture through life service extension consultation and upgrade assistance, selective application of Stellite and precision finishing and machining of the upgraded product.
Moody Corporation provides high-quality metallurgically binded weld depositions services. Alloys commonly utilized include Cobalt Base (STELLITE 1, 6, 12, 21, 156) and Nickel Base (DELORO 40, 50, 60;COLMONOY 5, 6; INCONEL 625). Overlay deposits are of low dilution; defect free; high density; and can be applied to substantial thickness.
Moody Corporation provides high quality subcontract machining services in the medium capacity range where tolerances and craftsmanship are of concern. Tolerances to plus or minus 0.0005 inch are accepted. For your large machining requirements, our capacities extend up to part sizes of 50 in (1270 mm) diameter by 120 in (3050mm) length and 3 ton (2750 kg) weight.
Moody Corporation life extension services provide engineering analysis, recommendation and upgrade to end users and to subcontractors alike in order to provide parts that outlast those currently being used. Our engineering group has substantial insight to problems due to cross industry applications and experience.
A common reality in many of today's modern manufacturing facilities is that the production of low quantity legacy and spare parts is not easily facilitated. These parts though important to supply to long standing and valued customers, due not often fit into manufacturers systems and tight just-in-time schedules nor complement the activities of the production teams in place.
