We took my mom to the Lake Almanor Clinic for a severe cut on the back of her hand. The staff ushered her into a patient room the minute she walked through the door. Too bad, because the waiting room was cozy! Stitches weren't necessary, and they didn't charge her. They also cheerfully examined our friend's painful toe for free. Coming from big cities, we were amazed by this level of personal care. The staff had a great sense of humor and we were very impressed with their professionalism.
