I had issues with my 1 year old laptop. I dropped it off here and within 24 hours it’s fixed and returned back to me! Prompt service, amazing communication, and fair prices! I have utilized this computer guru's services the last couple of years. This week my wife's laptop slowed to a crawl. Brad diagnosed over the phone and had my parts onhand in 1 day. Upon seeing the laptop and installing new hard drive and battery, Brad recommended replacing the broken plastic. Five days later my wife's laptop has been repaired to a better than new state! Brad installed an SSD drive in our laptop and the performance afterwards was like night and day. Super fast! This past week we had a major Windows meltdown due to a bad update. Brad spent a lot of his time analyzing the hardware and re-installing the software at no cost. We'd be lost without him!

I found Brad through google and read all the reviews. Of course it's hard to find someone you can trust with computer repair but I can honestly say that all these reviews are well earned. We took our desktop to Brad and he was professional from the very beginning. He gave us options and wasn't pushy at all. Brad did an amazing job fixing my laptop. My network card died and he was able to troubleshoot the problem with ease and he also updated my harddrive. He was very responsive and gave lots of updates so that I knew the progress of the repair and he had it done in just over 24 hours! Thanks to Brad my almost 10 year old laptop will last me for some time to come. If I need any more computer repairs, I would definitely call iNFLUX PC repair again. Thanks Brad!

Brad is awesome. I took my computer in yesterday, it needed a new hard drive due to a failed read head. Unfortunately, all of my data was wiped off and needed serious repair.. He was able to replace it same day, install and update all software and get the computer back to me that evening! That is almost unheard of nowadays to get such quick, prompt, and professional service. The best part was his customer service and listening to customer needs. I use my computer for gaming, when I came to pick it up, he installed some required programs for gaming such as Steam launcher and other programs to optimize

I had a conversation with Brad and he decided it was likely one of two parts. He ordered the parts in advance. The turnaround time on the repair was phenomenal. Brad was spot on with what was causing the issue. I'm up and running with very little downtime and without buying a brand new laptop.

Well, That Brad just fixed up lots of our fixable problems over here. I'm not the tech-y, but he doesn't seem fazed by the odd things that turn up, and he solves, finds, installs, whatever needed, quickly and cheerfully. I was even able to refer him to someone today. He's our computers' best friend for sure, and he even sorted out our Ring Doorbell situation and we're good to go.

I am beyond happy with the upgrades I made to my macbook pro. It is about 6 years old and definitely ran like a 6 year old computer. After a few upgrades with Brad it feels like I have a brand new computer that will last another 6 years. I cannot express enough how knowledgeable Brad was on quickly tuning up my workhorse laptop and bringing it quickly up to peak running status. He diagnosed my incrwadable slow internet issues as well.
For my small form cpu, this gave him a challenge and Brad worked on it through the weened and finally came up with a workable solution to same my computer.
For my oldest cpu, Brad had to search and remember those older Windows XP's skills to bring my cpu back to working order.

When I needed to fix my laptop, I called Brad. He instantly helped me. Whenever my computer is not working or needs a little tune up, he is there. He is friendly, trustworthy and fast and still does it right the first time. He gives me recommendations that everyone should know rather than buy a whole new computer when he could fix it up in a flash.

I am super happy with the service that I have received with this business. I brought in a few of my laptops to have the owner Brad take a look at. He was very honest and pricing was super reasonable. He was able to fix all three laptops by the next evening. They are running just like new. Before you consider getting rid of your laptop and buying a new one, give Brad a call. IT is one of those things I can't stand to deal with and always run into issues when I try doing it on my own. This guy is probably the smartest guy I know when it comes to computers.
