Last Spring, my massage therapist gave me Cheryl's business card. I tucked it away and honestly forgot about it. Then in May, I found myself in Cheryl's office. Now her number is STORED in my cell phone. We spent a lot of time together this summer and I feel the best I've felt in 10 years. She is very persona, knowledgeable and thorough. In January of this year I was recommended to Dr. Humphreys as a Chiropractor who had the ability to work with senior patients. I have been a Chiropractic patient for 68 years and after I had an injury in Jan lifting a step stool I knew my preference for care was through Chiropractic rather than Medical doctors. I contacted Doctor Humphreys and was stunned when she volunteered to come to my home to take my preliminary information and adjust me. I had some pain from a shoulder injury I had received in the military, and while playing sports in high school, and was told I would need surgery but I tried chiropractic care first and i found Activated Life Chiropractic. Since I started seeing Dr. Humphrey I no longer have any shoulder pain/problems and I no longer need surgery. I also love how there is no twisting and turning.. I would recommend her to anyone that needs chiropractic care!
