I've had 2 appointments now here for 2 different things. The staff is the best. Friendly, kind, laid back, and not pushy. I read the reviews on here before I decided to book my very first appointment. The dr is nice as well. I received a microdermabrasion skin treatment FREE after my dysport injections. Good deal. Location is quiet and tucked away. Lots of parking available. They have a price list of everything offered. See photo below. They are pretty flexible with scheduling too!

I believe before administering botulinum toxin to a client, it has to been shown to the client the product. This helps the client check the expiration date and the brand of the product. Also, I wanted to see that my needle was brand new. However, when I mentioned this to the doctor she got upset and told me that I needed to trust. I believe this was very unprofessional. Instead of making me feel better, it seemed suspicious. I still don’t understand why I was not shown a brand new needle and the product so that I could check the brand and expiration date. Ladies!!!! I've tried over 20 medical spas and this one right here is #1!!! I love Lisa! She is honest and realistic about what you want! I almost have flawless skin thanks to her and her recommendations! I get microneedling and hydration facials by her and I would never let anyone else touch my face but LISA! I've had wonderful facials w/dermabrasion with Gosia, she's wonderful, the ladies in the office are very nice and friendly; (if not for these ladies I would've given it 1 star) On the other hand, I had botox with Dr Susarla and that didn't go well. I like Dr. Susurla fine, but she's not good at Botox, more of a hit or miss... I saw her for the first time in Aug of '16 for the brow "lift" and forehead (usually on the specials), about a wk 1/2 later everything was drooping-- literally! I called her and then saw her, she said she didn't know what happened

OM Medispa is a spa I will continue to visit for a long time. The office is very professional and all employees make sure to take the extra step to make sure you are comfortable. I have been extremely happy with all of the services I have received so far. Magdalena provides outstanding massages! (She removed a knot that I had for months) Sue is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Spa!
