She referred me to the best surgeon available in SoTex ... and then her top-notch staff provided me with some great post-op care.

I have been a long time customer. I would give 5 stars, but for an upsetting experience with a person in the billing office previously and today. I love Dr. Soto, and even though I have insurance, they don't take mine, but in the past it has been worth it to me to pay out of pocket because I believe I am getting a thorough exam that I have not gotten from other providers. I normally get both an eyeglass and contact lens exam. Due to the Chinese virus currently circulating, my contact RX was not available at the time of my exam, so we put that off. I paid the bill with Care Credit so I
