Dr. Seth Cohen would like to welcome you to Crown Town Dental! It has been a dream of Dr. Cohen's to build a new, technology forward dental office with his patients in mind. With Crown Town Dental he was able to find a beautiful space to do just that. Returning to Kansas City after graduating high school in Topeka, KS, Dr. Cohen attended The University of Missouri-Kansas City, earning his undergraduate degree in Chemistry.

This place is absolutely amazing. Believe me I have been to my share of dental offices and this one definitely is high above the rest. Kaylynn was my dental hygienist; she is very kind and welcoming. She also explains everything she’s doing throughout the cleaning process to make the guest feel more comfortable, which I really appreciated! My husband is nervous about going to the dentist. He had a root canal today and he said it was the best dental work he has ever had done. They helped keep him calm and eased his anxiety. They worked with us to be able to split up the work to be able to make the payments with carecredit more reasonable and helped us to understand the bill for the next bit of work to be done. They are awesome in our opinion!!!😁

HORRIBLE DENTIST DO NOT USE!!!! They are liars and SNAKES! They lied to my wife about a billing issue and instead of fixing it they never returned my calls! We called and notified them that we were canceling all our appointments and going to use a different dentist. They send a letter out AFTER saying they were discharging us, but we called before the letters date saying we LEFT THEM! DISHONEST PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I have anxiety super bad and the dentist freaks me out. I have been to several different places and most of them have been rude to me and even called me names. A different dentist told me to come here. They all are so friendly and sweet. They never make me feel bad about being scared! I drive two hours just to see them! They have made my dental experience so much better. I can’t thank them enough! ❤️

Dr. Cohen and staff have been great. Our daughter was seen for an initial consultant, but unfortunately we are unable to continue to see him do to them using ASA, Advanced Specialty Anesthesia. He will not be able to fix our daughters tooth do to an Anesthesia place making that decision for him. ASA does not support or understand how Tricare… Insurance works, even when their out of network. An insurance that supports active duty military, their families and retirees. Even when we offered to pay the fee up front before her surgery, they decided to let Dr. Cohen’s office know through

I’ve been looking for a dentist that could help me when I was in extreme pain due to a broken tooth and infection i’m a 8yr Army combat veteran the VA wouldn’t help. They got me in same day and the entire staff team was especially helpful and caring. I will be bringing all my needs and recommend anyone I come across that needs any type of work done. I would not recommend. They sent me a bill for $120 for my special needs son to have a 5 minute consultation. I was not told about this fee up front. They barely looked in his mouth. And we had to wait at least 15 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time to be seen. They were unwilling to budge on the fee.

I am posting pictures of my 'temporary front' teeth. I had these for a few weeks while my permanent ones were being made. I wasn't really wild about them (I thought they looked like picket fences) but they were only temporary and bearable. No big deal.
I am also posting pictures of a full mouth view with the permanent crowns/veneers in place. I am very pleased with the bottom crowns made to fill in the gaps. The staff are incredibly rude, whether in person or on the phone. I work with people with disabilities and some of our folks need to go under anesthesia to get dental work done, and this is one of the only options in the area. They are not accommodating, accepting, or very understanding of our individuals' needs. They make it clear that they would rather not deal with this population and are very inflexible with us. For example, one time someone was 5 minutes late d/t construction and he was met in the parking lot and told he wouldn't be seen that day. I've never heard of anything
