This is probably not my favorite garage door replacement company but being the only guys in town, what other choices do you have. To get started, in 2015 they installed a new garage door back, but did not adjust it properly, after about a year, I called them up and they came back at no cost and adjusted it, so they said. Over time it went out adjustment again from the picture you can see the problem, there's a big gap, where it doesn't shut flush to the garage floor.
I called them today, explain what was going on. I was told they had to reach out to a to get an approval to come out
