Short(ish) version of this 1 month long fiasco... Called KB to come give me a quote on a sprinkler system. While walking the job, he sold me on doing other work at the house. Deck repair, landscaping etc. He told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff for free (which ended up not getting done or I was charged etc) and that he takes care of veterans. The bid came back at $12k, which was high to me... But my wife and I decided to get it done. I paid half up front and work started a couple weeks later. Once started, Matt or someone from his "crew" would show up but only every few days and
