At Leanna's Learning Tree Daycare, I value the diverse backgrounds of each family and child in my care. I value the strong, respectful relationships I have with each family and child. I value working with parents/guardians to guide their child's overall care and learning. I value teaching children appropriate behavior and using strategies that allow children to take responsibility for his/her actions.

I focus on teaching children how to interact socially and value consistent expectations to guide children's learning. I value and take pride in working with families to teach children to respect others, respect the environment and to respect themselves. I value the partnerships that I develop with each family.
