Namaste Bodywork proudly offers a variety of massage and bodywork modalities to address *your* needs. Whether you're looking for a relaxing, stress-relieving experience or you're interested in a focused bodywork session to improve sports performance, rest assured we will expertly address your specific needs.
Massage can be more than a relaxing experience. When done by an experienced therapist, massage therapy can decrease physical pain, address emotional imbalances, improve athletic performance, assist with stress management, and so much more! Stretches and broadens connective tissues of the body from superficial layers (fascia) to muscle fibers, tendons and ligaments.
We arrive at your location about five to ten minutes ahead of your scheduled massage appointment to allow for a brief intake and consultation prior to treatment where, together, we establish the goal for treatment and customize the session to best suit your needs. Remember, your comfort is of the utmost importance and this is the reason to let the therapist know of any concerns or apprehensions you may have.

Lucked out finding this place! Our bodies were in rough shape after two days of hard skiing and we were looking for a good massage to get us back on the slopes. We happened to find Melissa and she was able to take us in that day. Her room is a little oasis in the upstairs of a greenhouse. She has obviously done this for years as she managed to work on my sore muscles without making me cry. I loved how she kept a hot pack on my spine as I am usually cold at the start. Really nice touch. Will definitely come back here on out next ski trip!!
