This place is simply the best dentist in Miami. Honestly, I have had bad experiences with dentist and stayed away for years. Even before finding this place I went to 3 other dentist who were either just really rough, or tried to only upsell to make money. These people are honest, and extremely patient. Not only are the prices fair but the doctor is very clear on what truly needs to be done. They have been so patient and kind walking me through this whole process, I would not let any other place work on my teeth again !

The receptionist was very misleading and dishonest regarding insurance coverage. She did not verify the insurance coverage until the last treatment of five treatments. I requested an investigation from my insurance company and they found that Dental Cosmetic Spa overcharged us by over $1,000.00. Funds paid by our insurance company were kept by the office but now will need to be refunded. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I have been coming to this dentist for years now, every time someone calls me from the office they are so pleasant to speak with. Dentist are professional and feel genuine towards their patients. I recently came in for a cleaning post Covid and I felt completely safe with their precautions, everyone was wearing mouth and face shields (which they have always done since before pandemic). Overall excellent service, and professionalism. I get compliments on my smile thanks to Dental Cosmetic Spa.

This dental office checks all the boxes for me: clean, friendly, timely, efficient, and transparent. They are family owned and do a great job of getting you in & out but also taking the time to ask how you are and let you know it was good to see you. Dr. Gutierrez extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth in one sitting and did a phenomenal job of making it a comfortable experience for me. Otherwise, I go every 6 months for routine cleanings and the staff is wonderful. Thank you DCS!

Wonderful experience. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The dental office and exam rooms are very clean. The clinic runs very efficiently and always on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The doctor did not rush and spent an ample amount of time with me. I was very happy with my treatment and have been back to the clinic several times. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. I will be a long time patient!

I LOVE LOVE this office the staff is amazing super friendly and kind, always on time never have to wait super clean and pretty office... very professional and high tech technology... Dr. Alvarez has amazing hands I didn’t even feel when she was injecting me and as she was doing the procedure she was making sure I was okay the whole time... They treat every patient as family very detailed on all the steps of procedure and No surprise payment they let you know of everything your insurance will cover and will not cover before doing everything and what will be your responsibility before doing anything

This is the perfect place for anyone who “doesn’t like going to the dentist”. I guess for that matter, it’s perfect for those who do like going to the dentist as well! Before coming here, I dreaded going to the dentist. Now I look forward to my appointments because of how professional and thorough everyone is. Highly highly recommend.
