Results has been our IT support company for quite some time. I have been working with them as support for four years. I like that they respond quickly, are very polite, and they are always able to resolve my issues within minutes of contacting me. Since the pandemic has forced us to work remotely, Results has made sure that is possible. I also like that they ask for detail and give feedback in terms I can understand. Ben in the St. Louis area has done a great job for me, and a shout out to Ben and Stacey in the Kansas City area!

We have had some good experiences at Results especially with my go to guys, the Ben's, Aden and Miles. They are the best. I have had Lucas a couple of times and he is good also. I hope not to leave anyone out. When I have needed help, they are always there to help. Thanks guys.

We work with Results Technology at work and they have been very easy to deal with. Ben Seeger, specifically, is always very responsive and willing to help no matter what. He is timely when responding AND fixing whatever issue it may be. It is hard when you don't always have the background on computers but Ben always helps walk me through things and never gets frustrated!

We converted to Results Technology in late 2020 and have undergone several major upgrades to our overall IT solutions including new computers and are now moving our cloud based solutions. We switched to Results Technology almost a year ago. They were able to resolve server issues in about 24 hours that our previous provider was not able to fix for a couple of years. We have multiple branches throughout MO and they're always prompt and responsive to all our needs. We have a lot of users that are not computer literate and they're able to patiently resolve anything that is thrown their way. Their entire team is great from Charlie to Ben Seeger and everyone in between, THANK YOU RTI!
