You'll enjoy working out in the comfort of our one-on-one environment. Our 45 minute small group training sessions have become popular due to the benefits of working in a group.

When people start exercising in a group, they establish relationships and make friends with others in their group. This in turn builds camaraderie. The biggest factor between successful and unsuccessful fitness programs is diet (the type of food one consistently consumes). Every fitness goal, whether it is to tone, lose weight, build muscle, maintain bone density or increase endurance, requires a unique combination of caloric intake.

Grab a friend and split the cost! Partner sessions are a great way to keep you motivated and dedicated to improving your health. Hold each other accountable or establish a competitive atmosphere- you and your partner decide what works best for you. Similar goals are not a necessity; we will accommodate two entirely different training programs at once.

At Perimysium Personal Training, we specialize in multiple training techniques and are experts in designing individualized programs that will assist you in meeting your unique goals. Weight loss, muscle building, increasing VO2, athletic capability, improving hand eye coordination and improving activities of daily life are some of the goals that we have helped our clients achieve.
Hypertrophy training is a method used to strengthen muscles and gain overall strength. It is commonly seen in gyms and a preferred method used by body builders. Hypertrophy training is an appropriate method of training for individuals with a goal of muscle building, improving muscular definition and muscular coordination.

Must not need the business. I filled out the online questionnaire to get started, called numerous times, even spoke to Justin the owner, only to be told he would call me back. Never did, not very professional.

We have been working out with Justin and Chawn for a couple months now. They make the workouts fun, interesting and challenging! They push us to our limits! We have worked with many trainers throughout the years and Justin and Chawn are by far the best trainers that we have ever worked with!
We love the gym too! It's an effective use of space with top quality equipment but most impressive is that it's very clean - something you don't see often in gyms. Thinking about hiring a personal trainer - call Justin and/or Chawn, you'll be happy you did!

I have had the best experience at Perimysium Personal Training. The gym is equipt with all the best and latest equipment that is available for me to use anytime. I have done personal training sessions and group classes with Justin and he is and excellent trainer. He keeps me motivated and always makes the workouts interesting so I don't feel like I'm always doing the same thing. He knows my limits but can also push me to get to that next level. Justin is impressivly knowledgeable about everything that has to do with the body. I always feel great after my workout!

I've trained in several Tucson fitness centers over the past 20 years and am very happy to be working out at Perimysium and with Justin. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and client focused. Every workout is varied, and I'm loving my results. The studio is clean, neatly organized, has a good flow and feel. The equipment is well maintained and cardio machines are different and fun--not the standard machines you'll find in most gyms. Couldn't be happier.
