My husband and I have been going to Barb ever since she was on Denison Parkway - nearly 20 years! It fits our schedule to be able to have our hair cuts and color done at the same time, together! I just called them, and explained the issue. The issue is I have splat hair dye on my hair, and I asked if she could do it, and she rudely snapped back at me and said
Nope. Not doing it, you got a major project on your hands, enjoy.
Like I'm sorry, but that is very rude, and unprofessional to do that to ANY customer.

Went to Barb for the first time today. She fixed a cut gone wrong from another shop. I’m truly impressed with her skill and knowledge on cutting hair. She’s warm and friendly - made me feel at home my first time going there. Her rates are very reasonable! I can’t wait to go back!

Barb is a truly talented hairdresser that has unlimited and a vast knowledge of hair, hair types, styles, techniques, and more. She listens to her clients and makes them feel at ease and at home. I have been going to Barb Painter for 4 yrs and have not received a bad haircut.
