Boyd and Hannah Williams were great working as my buying agents. I was buying from out of state and only had a small amount of time to travel to Meridian and look at homes. They cleared their schedule to personally show me every house in the area that met my criteria.
They found me a best fit house that wasn't even listed on the market and helped me get a great deal on it. Boyd worked fast to get a waver for an issue that would have otherwise held up the mortgage loan process just prior to closing. They even power washed parts of the exterior to help make the place look great. I highly recommend

My parents were using boyd to buy a house & we came across the house we ended up buying by coincidence. my mother said hey let me call boyd & see if he can take y'all to see the house. boyd set us up an appointment to go look & anything we asked boyd was able to get for us or work out for us. boyd got us preapproved on a saturday when the banks weren't even open by calling someone he knows personally that works at one of the local banks. she is amazing as well by the way! i would recommend boyd to ANYONE whether buying or selling
