Hello, my name is Tom St Amand and I am the owner of Salon St Amand in Frederic, Wisconsin. I have been in the hair business for over 36 years serving local customers as well as those in nearby major cities. Training director for the Barber's Franchise (first franchise hair salon chain in the USA).

Tom does a wonderful job with my hair. he takes the time to understand what i want and has never disappointed me! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tom has been doing my hair for two years he does a fabulous job! Not only does he listen to what I want, but he always has wonderful suggestions when I'm not sure what I want to do.

Tom is a master at his trade! Have never walked out of the salon disappointed. The color, the cut, and the conversations are all amazing and more than fairly priced!
Love to get there and just let him have his way with my hair. Tom truly knows what styles and colors work. He's also not afraid to give you some daring colors if that's what you want.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
