Services
Our practice is limited to representing employees who have suffered specific injuries at work, or cumulative injuries by performing repetitive work over time, in California, that require medical treatment. We also represent dependents of employees who have died as a result of work injuries or exposures.
When you contact our office, we may ask you to provide medical or other records for us to review before we meet with you. Our purpose is to insure that our services will be helpful and that any appointment time is used most efficiently. We will then schedule a conference with you. There is no charge for an initial conference.
Gain "ACCEPTANCE" of the injury claim if no acceptance, go to court and prove injury is work related. Obtain medical treatment needed to cure or relieve from the effects of the work injury. Wait for injuries to reach maximum medical improvement (become permanent and stationary [P&S] ). If off work, collect temporary disability benefits (2/3 of gross wages) until P&S or up to two years.
My practice is limited to representing persons who have been injured at work, or by performing work activities over time, and who need to see a doctor or take time off work. Or, if you are the spouse of a dependent of a deceased worker who may have died as a result of work exposure or activities, please call me.
