HORRIBLE! They had roaches and the sheets were nasty. I asked for new sheets and was told that I'd have to wait until the next morning when the housekeepers come in. I was itching all nightšŸ˜¤. If this is the only available place in town, use your money for gas and go back home!!!

It was alright. The room itself smelled terribly of cigarette smoke so we had to request a room change which luckily they helped us with! If you are looking for a decent place to stay honestly I'd have to say this isn't a great place to be. The beds are uncomfortable and everything seems to be kinda shady in terms of cleanliness but it's really not the worst. So if you can't splurge on a room and are willing to sleep in a not so comfortable environment this place honestly isn't too bad. Just make sure I'd you are a non smoker that you request a non smoker room! The staff are all very very kind

Heritage Inn is excellently located within walking distance of Walmart, the Milledgeville Mall, and many really good restaurants. The rooms are modest but clean and very reasonably priced. The church where I work used Heritage Inn to house a member while seeking more appropriate housing for her, and I was incredibly impressed with the kindness of the folks who run the Inn towards her and those of us who were assisting her.

We booked this hotel on dorm move out weekend to help our daughter move out of her dorm and into her own house. Arrived super late, after driving four hours. The hotel is a simple, no frills hotel. Hotel is very outdated, but appeared clean. Went straight to bed (after removing the bed spread and noticing multiple holes in the blanket). Hotel is located on the main road and was pretty noisy all night as well as lights shining in the window all night. Got up early the next morning to start our day to find the provided breakfast pretty disappointing. Returned at 9PM on Friday evening and went to

Upon checking in, the desk clerk was courteous, and polite. And, it is an easy check in.

While the location may not be the greatest, this older motel does have both fast food, and casual dining restaurants within walking distance. So, for me being new to the area, I like it.

Because of the king size bed, lounge chair, writing desk, dresser, mini-fridge and night stand, there's not a whole lot of walking around space.

And, despite some chipped paint, the room and bed are very clean. The bed is very comfortable.

While the tub & shower is very clean, the caulking around the base of the

4 stars for price and comfort. 3 stars for cleanliness, will note that I stayed in a smoking room as traveling alone. But even as a smoker it was a bit smelly. The room amenities and bathroom where clean. Would return but get a non-smoking next time.
Was just passing through so didn't really get around the area to comment on other things.

Just to be fair let me tell you that this hotel is neat and clean and our room had recently been renovated. The bed was comfortable, the sheets are clean, the counter in the bathroom had been replaced with granite. All in all for the value it was what we expected. Having said that do not get the impression that this place is comparable to a Hampton Inn or a Fairfield Inn. It is an older hotel with the doors that open out into the parking lot. There is a lot of traffic noise both from the highway and from people moving around in the hotel. This is to be expected from a hotel of this style and age
