At Marie's Fitness and Massage Center, experience relaxation, healing, balance, strength, flexibility, laughter, body awareness, and fun. Explore basic ballet moves to improve strength and balance. Learn to elongate your body while gaining flexibility. No previous dance experience necessary. This class is for those who have never tapped before as well as those who want to review the basics.

This class helps to strengthen lower body, increase ankle flexibility, and improve balance. Class works on technique, combinations, and choreography. Tap II Adult Adv. For advanced beginner or intermediate tappers. Class focuses on combinations, choreography, balance, and ankle flexibility. This is a great class for those new to fitness or anyone wanting to start exercising again.

About Usui Reiki: Pronounced ray-key, Reiki comes from Japanese words; "Rei" meaning universal & "Ki" or life force, is an ancient technique of assisting the moving of the life energy around and within us to aid the healing of our bodies, and is attributed to Mr. Mikao Usui who "discovered" Reiki in the early 1900's.
A full body workout in a class that is wonderfully challenging. Cardio and Strength training is incorporated with the use of weights, gliding discs, Bosu, body bars, tubes, and more. A variety of Circuit, H.I.I.T., and Pyramid are just a few techniques you will experience. This class allows you to take your mind into a quiet peaceful place through easy stretching and relaxation techniques.
Follow Rte 14 (heading east) through Canterbury. At intersection of Rte 14 & 169, stay straight onto Rte 14A (Rte 14 becomes Rte 14A). You will pass Plainfield Memorial/Central School on your left and will continue over railroad tracks. Go straight through traffic light (Citizens Bank is on the left).

I am retired (laidoff) and have found this place to be a friendly and homey kind of place. I take Yoga and ballroom dancing. A fun place with good conversation and laughs.

Warm, inviting people. Classes are geared to each individual. Chair yoga, to intense cardio, there is something for you. Small classes.
