Called Action Door this morning around 11am because our 16x7 main door would not fully open and and they were out in less than 2 hours fixed the problem and checked and lubed our other door too, great customer service. Myles Jr was courteous, quick and clean. We love our insulated garage doors we purchased from Action door a few years back, they’re awesome.

Wonderful experience! Janelle in the office was polite, prompt and efficient. Miles was out to my home in no time, fixed my broken spring in about 15 minutes and saved the day! Myles and Myles Jr have recused my trapped car on two separate occassions which courtesy and expedience. I have an aged system that required a new motor then 2 years later a new spring system. Our garage door would not go down. We noticed the cables off and called Action door for repair. When Myles got here we found out the spring was actually broken. Myles went all the way back to the shop in Grants Pass to get the spring we needed (we live in Merlin) and came back to install it for us. This was all after 5:00 at night! Not only did he fix the door he checked our other garage doors and lubricated them for us before leaving. Friendly, professional service! I highly recommend them.
