I recommend Lively’s for all towing needs if you’re a local. I live close by the collision center and this is my first experience having to have to tow my vehicle home after hydroplaning in the rain, they came to the scene about 15 to 20 minutes after I called so it wasn’t so much of a wait, my guy bummed me a ride home with the tow and the total was $85.

My name is Jesse Taylor and I'm a Union pipe foreman from Decatur Al. To be perfectly honest I can be very critical and hard to please when dealing with my 2009 Ram 1500. I'm miles from home and wasn't sure who I could trust with my pride and joy truck. I was sent here to have a repair done on my vehicle after being rearended and I was very surprised! All of the staff were very friendly. Mr. Kevin Dolittle was very knowledgeable and you could genuinely tell that he cares about the customer as well as their vehicle and he always exhibited a positive and easy going attitude. I would recommend this business to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle and not sure where to turn.

VERY friendly staff. VERY helpful and they answered all of the questions that we had. We had an insurance collision job, and they already had the parts in, and all new parts. No after market. We should have the car back quickly, which is a very good thing! Glad we took the advice of the Toyota dealer where we got the car from, to use this company. They take all their vehicles to them as well.
