Anniversary of her baby twins passing, you did a beautiful arrangement with highlighting the girls.Just as I was hoping and wishing for. Received a beautiful bouquet from a coworker during a difficult time. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and in a unique arrangement. As someone who hasn't received many flowers from true florists, it was an extra treat to have the bouqet delivered by the owner, Will, whom I'd been admiring his work via social media for months prior. What a gem in our community and one I'll always go to for future flower purchases!

We had the great honor of having the floral artist Wil Gonzalez do the entirety of the flowers for our wedding in Sonoma this past April. He traveled down with his assistant the day of the wedding with our flowers perfectly intact. The vision of what I wanted began with my own bouquet(bridal) and evolved as I gathered more ideas on Pinterest etc. I shared all of my ideas of what I was drawn to with Will and through our dialogue he pulled in a little bit of everything that I could have ever hoped for to make our day pure magic! I called to order flowers today and the owner Will picked up and helped me place the order. He is a true artist, I explained what I wanted and he created this gorgeous arrangement. Then he delivered it himself in his way home from work. His swift attention to my needs is much appreciated and I am hoping the recipient of this gift is as thrilled with it as I am. Is this a joke? See flowers below. Expectation vs. reality in the most blatant form. What could make that worse? A patronizing customer service experience.
Let me start by saying I asked to have these flowers delivered on a CERTAIN day for a SPECIFIC reason. They were delivered 4 days early. Strike one. Then when I called to complain, Will informed me that his intake person wrote the wrong date. He offered to pick them up and then deliver them again on the correct day.
I also mentioned that they looked NOTHING like what I ordered from the vase to the brown branch. The flowers were not the same

We are so lucky to have such artistic, beautiful floral design, with 2 stores in Mendocino County, (Willits and Ukiah). This is above and beyond anything you'd see at most florists or flower sections of supermarkets, etc. This is art! His arrangements have shown at the de Young Museum in SF several times, at the White House, the Rose Bowl Parade. If you want something special, this is the place to go. And the people who work there are great. Check it out!
