I went in to get a new key/fob for my Subaru. She immediately told me that she couldn't reset a Subaru that I had to go to the dealer. I guess that's somewhere in Boise. BUT she took my fob and checked that it actually was sending a signal that the problem is on the car's side. She said she'd heard it might sometimes be caused by a fuze. That a lot of free help and it was GREATLY appreciated! That's a locksmith that takes their work seriously and really just wants to help even though she knew I wasn't buying a service or part. The lock/handle on my mom's sliding glass door was broken. Dennis came out and took a look. The door is pretty old, but he let me know what kind of mechanism to look for at Home Depot and will come back out to install it as soon as I purchase it. He was friendly and professional. We will definitely call him again if we need any locksmith services!
