Blackstone began life as Park Place Limousine in the early 1970s, one of the oldest livery companies in the State. Since 1999 they've been serving the Seattle area as Blackstone and continue to provide new vehicles, the finest chauffeurs, and the friendliest staff around. In the limousine industry the age-old adage, "You get what you pay for" has never been more true.
Limousine requests come in a wide variety and prices vary depending on day, length of rental, and size/type of the vehicle. Prices range from $99 to $350 an hour. We'll be happy to quote you a price when you call us. Our regular business hours are 9am to 9pm P.S.T. (Noon to Midnight E.S.T.); however, our dispatch is available 24 hours a day.
Blackstone was one of the first livery companies in the area to offer an alternative to the sedan. Sometimes you have a few more than 2 people but not enough to merit a corporate van. The Expedition is the solution. Large enough to comfortably sit 3 across each of its back rows this luxuriously appointed SUV has the capacity for luggage and/or people that the sedan wasn't designed for.
I have no other limo rentals to compare with, but our experience with Blackstone was excellent. Prior to rental e-mail communication was quick and thorough. On the day of rental they showed up early, and parked around the corner in case we were having a surprise party. That was thoughtful. Our driver, Roberto, was professional and very polite.

All of our chauffeurs have been through the PSLA training and credentialing program, which includes a background, medical and random drug-testing, which is a step up from the requirements from TNC companies such as Uber/Lyft.

I was soo amazed! I didnt want that Uber vibe.. but i did call last minute, and they accommodated! . I was able to get a new Navigator for my party of 4 to the airport for a next day event. The chauffeur, Tyler, was early, and had the SUV ready to go. Such a painless experience! I know i dont have to worry about my return trip, because blackstone, and tyler, are already scheduled, because they have a log in system and i can book my own trips in advance, so i can see he is slated to pick me up in 5 days, my confirmation number is already in their system. So cool!

I rented a 14 passenger Sprinter on Sunday 4/22 to take my kids & some of their friends and parents up to Crystal. Our driver's name was Spencer and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was super friendly, very accommodating and funny! All in all he provided exceptional customer service to me, the other parents and even to our crazy little tweens. He really didn't have to engage with any of us. He could have just done his job, but he clearly believes in going above and beyond and he was one of the reasons why the trip was so much fun!
Oh and the vehicle wasn't too shabby either

My firm uses Blackstone all the time for the past 5 years. Everyone at the firm is super particular too. We trust them and only them to drive our executives.
So, I decided to use them too on my own and they do a great job. They were on time and helped us load up our luggage. When we returned they are literally waiting on the curb for us right outside the baggage claim door. The drivers are courteous and friendly.

I rented a stretch limo for both my Bachelorette Party and Wedding Day. We got a 10% discount for booking two events, and a 10% discount for paying cash.
We got a free upgrade to a party bus for the Bachelorette Party! The vehicle seemed brand new. It was very clean and had a great sound system. Our driver was amazing, she was very friendly and easy going.
We had a white stretch limo for the Wedding. Again, beautiful and clean vehicle with a very friendly driver.
For both events the drivers were on time, very professional, and drove responsibly.
Would definitely use in the future and recommend

Wow, with all the reviews I really wanted to try their limousine service. But they will not contact you back, whats the deal? How can I be sure that they will show up at an arranged time if they can't perform simple customer service and return emails or phone calls. It's been 5 days with no response from an email and 3 phone calls with no return calls. Guess I'm moving on to another limo service, wouldn't recommend this company

It seems to me that a car service has two tasks: picking you up at one location, and dropping you off at another. Seeing as our driver failed to complete exactly half these tasks, I'd say this service receives an F. Extra points taken off for being belligerent with my wife on the phone, and not even dispatching a new car 25 minutes after being informed that our drivers had been switched. The cab we caught may not have been super clean, but at least it got us home.

The limo was well equipped with clean drink glasses, champagne flutes, and ice. The neon lights were also fun.
