Excellent services. While I do not get facials often, I have had them in the past and this one is beyond the best. From the pressure of fingers to the smell/quality of products to the relaxing room, this place is perfect. I can't wait to come back!
Alyssa even came in on her day off to do our session because she knew I was in town for only a short period of time. She was a very nice woman and easy to talk with. I immediately felt comfortable around her.

Highly recommend! I've had many facials over the years, but I've never met someone who is so passionate and skilled and kind all in one person. Alyssa really makes you feel instantly comfortable and she carefully listens to your needs and then has so much insight into skincare and waxing. Her product line - Osmosis - is amazing. I swear my skin looks ten years younger when I leave. So much so that I bought the whole line on my first visit and am loving the results over time. I also really enjoyed the cool historic building her suite is in. It's charming, cosy, and welcoming. Exactly like Alyssa

Alyssa is an expert level aesthetician who is so clearly passionate about her work. Her care and concern for her clients is so genuine and my skin looks amazing when she's done. I LOVE her skincare line Osmosis. Her space is in a cool historic building near Biltmore and her suite is calming and cozy. Since I don't live in Asheville I actually drive 4.5 hours to see her because no one near me even compares! If that's not a compliment to her magical skills I don't know what is.

Thank you Alyssa! I just moved to Asheville from LA where I got a Brazilian wax every 4 weeks for the last 6 years from the same amazing esthetician. Coming here I was full of anxiety about finding someone else who could do as good of a job as this is an area you really want to avoid experimentation with. Alyssa had only ONE Yelp review but it was glowing and after perusing her website I decided it was worth a chance. Thank goodness I found her! She did an excellent job and the best part was no burns, forgotten hairs or most importantly, no major pain! She used a combo of both hard and strip wax
