***Update, 6/12/19
Since the last update, most of the old plants that died have been replaced. I increased the rating to 4/5 stars since new plants have been installed. I did not give back the last star as it was very frustrating waiting nearly an entire year to have the plants replaced. The paver pathway has yet to be sealed, and I am not holding out much hope that it will get done. At this point, I'm simply happy some of the dead plants have been replaced.
