Small independent, clean, well-run pharmacy. Very nice staff. Good communication. Medication, vaccines, and supplements all available. We live close enough to walk! It’s worth working with their business hours which are limited compared to other pharmacies, but they aren’t some big corporation so it’s nice to support a small local business.

Very professional and friendly service. Much better than a CVS or other chain pharmacy. I received my first COVID vaccine here and was very nervous, the pharmacist calmly explained the safety protocols in place in terms of dispensing the proper dosage and correct product, this put me at ease. The facility appeared very clean and organized.

Everyone at Main Street pharmacy is very courteous and very professional Thanksgiving 2018 I ran out of my medication and Ali the guy that runs the place drove all the way from Virginia to Laurel where I live to make sure I received my medication. And professional Miss Eva always call to make sure I get my medicine on time and she's very courteous and pleasant I'm even able to get my medication delivered to me by a very nice delivery guy because I don't drive anymore if you want a friendly and very courteous and pleasant place please go to Main Street pharmacy.

Ali and his staff are truly the best. They go above and beyond their call of duty. This pharmacy carries the rare medication, or will have it for you in 24 hrs. Which is more than I can say about the box stores, or any other pharmacy in the area. The best part they DELIVER, yes deliver. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend this pharmacy, you won't be disappointed.

Hands down this is the best pharmacy I have ever used! You can tell that they actually care about their customers and their service is very fast. I have never spent longer than 10 minutes there and really enjoy the staff that works there! Definitely check them out...even if you have to drive a little longer. They are worth it!
