Employee Hunt came to the house and I showed him where are the ants were in the ceiling. He looked into my attic and said he was not qualified to treat in that area.He did no interior treatment as claimed on the bill He went outside and apparently it outside a couple places. Did not treat affected area. Did not rid of ants. My som came and treated and got rid of problem. I refused to pay for treatment they didn’t perform. Very disappointed since I have been a Realtor and used them many times in past.

Inspector Todd from Wingate did my home inspection and concluded Quote" No visible evidence of wood destroying insects was observed."
Well guess what, the house we end up buying trusting the report was true was severely affected by wood destroying insects and we ended up having to replace all siding, Soffits and facia's costing us and extra $40,000.

We've used Wingate Pest & Lawn for years. They are fantastic! A couple of times we've had a concern, but both were resolved to our satisfaction. Brian, the owner, checked in with us just to make sure everything was as we hoped it would be ~ that's excellent customer service!
We are pest free and our lawn looks beautiful!

Sent young disrespectful and inexperienced employees. Left my apartment in shambles and poison out where my pets could Easily get to it. Glue traps not even assembled. Awful. Had to give one star only for… ability to post. Be warned or at least be home to supervise their visit, but why should you pay for that kind of service at all.

Used for home purchase pest inspection.
"Todd" was the inspector. Was at the house a total of approx. 20 min.
Verbally stated while he was at the house that he recommended a preventative treatment and that there were indications that the home had been treated approx. 10 years ago. Recommendation was based on inability to access many areas of home and previous treatment. Also stated that this would be previous owner's/seller's responsibility. When written report was issued, stated "no treatment". Called to asked him about it, left message. No return call in 24
