The repairman was not qualified for the job. My cook top wasn't lighting because it wasn't plugged in like it should have been. He told me that a new ignitor would cost over $300.00 and to install it would be another $200.00. He told me that I could buy a new cook top for that. The one I have is only a year old. He never even check to see if it was getting power. My husband who is not much of a handyman, spotted it immediately after the guy left. I had to pay the service fee which was $85. I'm contesting that charge, the guy didn't earn it.

Do not use this company. Called for a repair to my washing machine based on great reviews. Called and made appointment. Repairman shows up with a different company and was very unqualified to do repair. Acted like he didn’t know who pro appliance even was. After not getting washer repaired due to the repair MSN’s lack of knowledge called back to find out it is just a dispatcher I had made an appointment with and they call any company around. No wonder he didn’t know the company pro appliance. Very deceitful and will be reporting to bbb.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an appointment for dryer not heating. Two young guys showed up at appointed time, but unfortunately, did not know how to open the bottom panel on the dryer and proceeded to take apart the dryer - said they needed to remove the drum to find the problem, even though I told them the bottom panel simply pops off. They finally realized how to remove the panel. Quoted almost $400.00 to replace a $60.00 (retail price) heating element. I finally had them undo the dismantling and sent them away after paying $85.00 for the service call. The repair guys were from a different
