We should not begin building anything without custom-designed plans that are fine-tuned for you. It is important to begin construction only after fully understanding exactly how your project will look - from all angles. It's best to find one person who has the engineering and technical know-how but who also has excellent design skills and imagination.

This is a Hangar Home with separate inlaw quarters, 4 private gardens (for a professional landscape artist), and many unique features. I call it the MAGA 7 Hangar Home. One of the nice advantages to living with your airplane is that you can step out and go flying most anytime. Sometimes my engineering and design activities put me at my desk for long stretches.
I run a busy life. I have routines to accomplish as well as many, many projects and programs I have running at all times. I have a list and project management tools but also need something to help me where the rubber its the road. That is with how to management the single day. It is the single day where we make or break our progress and accomplishments.
We produce plans that are accurate, that are not over or under engineered, which are realistic and executable and can be used to obtain permits. Time and Fees., Fees and Time to Produce will be worked out at the beginning to both parties' satisfaction. If we can't do it, we'll let you know up front.
It is common that we, as pilots, have to explain to non pilots the fine-points of what it is we are seeking to do. Most designers and engineers are not pilots. Most have had little experience in the unique world of hangar home design or construction. Finding a designer and engineer that actually lives in a hangar home, one that he designed himself, is almost impossible.
The day you move into your new home will be one of the most memorable and magical moments of your life. And what will make it even more special, by many times over, is that it is something that you have created, or helped to create, uniquely, according to your own special requirements. All homes are built, stick by stick, custom in the field.
