He was prompt. He was very reliable, and knowledgeable about different products. He was very good at explaining what was needed, why and how it would improve the function of the needed appliance.
He was quick at getting parts and servicing the equipment.
He was also fast to reply and / or return calls as needed. He also cleaned up the work site as needed after completion of each task.
