Mike and the team at Kristal Limo were great! I'm an EA, and I had to book transportation to and from the airport for my boss. Mike was helpful and responsive, and the drivers were on time. Prices were reasonable and comparable to others. I fully recommend booking with Kristal!

I just wanted to comment on my experience with this limousine company, I live in Philadelphia and my Mom and Sister live in Tulsa. I wanted to fly my Mom and Sister to Philadelphia to see me graduate from college, and I needed transportation to the airport for my travelers. My mother is older and I experienced that this was her last long trip so having dependable transportation was vital. Kristal was professional, helped me with the planning, alerted me if there was an question. I really appreciate how everything was handled, and I can attest that this company can handle everything professionally

These guys really saved the day for a very special sweet 16. Our original limo was in an accident and didn’t have anything else to send us so we were stuck with 14 very upset girls I causing the birth girl!! Mike came they at the last minute and set us an amazing limo with a great driver!!!

I really wanted to give 5 stars since the limo was clean and everyone was professional. However, there was a miscommunication between the company and driver that was never resolved despite repeated attempts. We rented the limo until midnight, but the driver thought he was done at 11:30. He took our teens to the last stop and left them to find their own rides home. Obviously, for the price, having a safe ride at the end of a long night was what made renting the limo worth it. We did not get that value or peace of mind. No attempt at remedying or explaining the situation has been made.

Kristal Limousine was absolutely spectacular for our surprise birthday party we just had! I had reached out to 3 companies and Kristal Limousine was the first to respond and offer us a fantastic price! Not only did we change the group number, but we had ease to upgrade and ask for the beverages we wanted. Not only were they on time for pickup, he actually arrived a little early and with the nicest Hummer limo I've ever seen! It was gorgeous, clean and just immaculate! Our driver, Ryan, was a blast! If you are looking for a limo service whether for a special event or just for fun, I HIGHLY recommend
